When we had the answers they changed the questions

The Hostingate.net site is a simple blog about web hosting services. It is made by Karin Casmor, a girl who has dedicated more than 10 years to developing and maintaining websites.
In all this time, it has been necessary to work with different hosting services, the main ones being included here: DreamHost, NameCheap, BlueHost, HostGator, SiteGround and GoDady.
Every time you work with a new hosting service, situations arise that are resolved differently in each of these services. For example, connection to the database server, DNS configuration, security aspects in the cloud, management of dedicated servers, and configuration of email accounts.
Every hosting service comes with its own unique management and administration ecosystem. Sometimes CPanel is used and sometimes not, sometimes there is access to helpDesk in multiple languages and sometimes not.
An excellent resource to help the novice, intermediate or advanced user are the videos that some angels around the world make to guide us all. This is how this blog was born, a repository of YouTube videos that could help you understand your hosting service faster and more clearly.
Since 2012, Karin has found in WordPress and its ecosystem an excellent ally that allows a wide development of types of websites such as forums, social networks, magazines, online stores and many more. For this reason, content related to WordPress and its plugins is often suggested.
However, all kinds of material is welcome, as long as it is posted on Youtube and is about GoDady, DreamHost, BlueHost, HostGator, NameCheap, or SiteGround. You can share with me everything you think can help others less experts than you. I only post your Youtube watch-url here and I hardly ever use my own channel, only when it’s a video made by me.
Finally, Hostingate.net has been growing with the collaboration of all these youtubers who share their creations about hosting services and who want to help others too.
Thank you for being here present!
